What is a  "Day-Of Coordinator"?

In our opinion it is the most valuable yet underrated professional needed for a wedding or event.

And how do we know that? From experience.

Show me a well executed wedding with a happy couple and I will show you the

miracle worker behind it all!

 A Day-Of Wedding Coordinator  is your safety net, problem solver, troubleshooter, and will be the 'bad guy' for you whenever you need them. We will be your voice of reason and calm in the chaos. A coordinator is responsible for everything from keeping the bride hydrated to making sure the pieces of silverware on the table are perfect. Our roles include answering emails and phone calls, conducting meetings, site visits, connecting and overseeing vendors, creating and managing the timelines and floorplans,  assisting in set-up and breakdown, overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the festivities, being a liaison between you and your vendors and so much more. By the end of the wedding we will have become best friends and wonder why we had not been besties our whole lives!
